If any of the activities are fully booked then they may be unavailable during the weekend.

Can I book any activities during the weekend if I haven’t pre-purchased a ticket and enrolled?

If you haven’t already enrolled and you visit us at Stay Wild Festival during the 9th and 10th of September you may be able to book a workshop, exhibit or take part in activities if all the spaces haven’t already been filled. Some of the Stay Wild Carnival Activities, Trade/Craft Stalls and Food and Drink do not require pre-booking. Activities and workshops will be available for non-ticket holders during the weekend on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Will the activities be more expensive on the day if I haven’t enrolled before the weekend?

The short answer is, yes, it is highly likely that any workshop, exhibit or activities that have free spaces will be priced individually so you may end up paying more if you pay-as-you-go than if you had booked your day or weekend tickets in advance.

How many Activities and Workshops are included in the day tickets?

Activity and Workshops sessions will be run throughout the day. A day ticket may include 9 x 30 minute activities or 6 x 60 minute activities. There will also be music, food and additional activities, workshops, demonstrations, trade areas and more. Prepare for a full day of things to do!

How does the activity enrolment system work?

If you have purchased a day or weekend ticket then you will have access to the activity enrolment system. The system will allow you to select a session time slot or activity (or workshop and exhibit) and enrol on the activity. If the activity you have selected is already full for that time slot then you will need to choose another activity. After you have enrolled on the system you will have a timetable for the days that you have purchased a ticket for. The activity booking system (enrolment) will be going live early August.
